We're on the lookout for an experienced German Tech Lead, with the right experience and a flawless command of German and English to join our fantastic team.

Daily tasks:
- Analyze data
- Report Performance
- Tech support for agents
- IT support / HelpDesk Tech Support for Agents and Customer Analyze Agent Performances KPI oriented.

Requirements:
Fluent German and English (mandatory)
Experience in Technical Support(mandatory)
A strong service mentality and customer orientation
Excellent knowledge of PC- / MS-Office
Great motivation and determination
Strong initiative and implementation
Enthusiasm, team player and positive mindset
